I have to chuckle to myself as when I initially suggested you as the keynote, the Leadership Team was apprehensive and thought that a “retail” story would not translate well to those working in a regulated environment. While I tried to convince them that the message was about unheard voices (and they are VERY unheard in the utility world!), it’s a lot like the saying we Harley riders have about the feeling of freedom we get from our passion of riding… “If I have to explain it, you wouldn’t understand”. You explained it perfectly… now they understand!
